STEP 4.3: A CASE STUDY
Builds a Launch Calendar
Maria has her one-page launch plan. Now, she needs to turn that strategy into a concrete schedule. Staring at a blank calendar feels intimidating, so Maria uses the Week-by-Week Countdown template to break it down.
The Challenge
What should Maria post on LinkedIn and when? How does she build excitement for a high-ticket coaching program? Maria needs a daily to-do list to guide her through the entire 45-day process.
The Action
Maria opens her calendar and starts plotting out the key phases of her launch, deciding on a 7-day application window for her coaching program.
1. Pre-Launch Content (Weeks 1-4)
This is the "warm-up" phase. Maria's goal is to provide value, share her story, and build anticipation.
Weeks 1-2 (Value & Authority): Post valuable content on LinkedIn about burnout, share client success stories (with permission), and secure a guest spot on a relevant podcast.
Weeks 3-4 (The Announcement): Record the podcast interview. Announce that she's opening a few spots for a new coaching program and will be sharing details soon.
2. Launch Week (Week 5)
This is go-time! The podcast episode goes live, and the messaging is direct and focused on the value of the program.
Post on LinkedIn announcing "Applications are Open!", share details about the program, host a live Q&A on LinkedIn to answer questions, and direct people to an application page.
3. Closing Sequence (The Final 48 Hours of Week 5)
This is where Maria creates friendly urgency.
Post a "24 Hours Left to Apply" message, followed by "Applications Closing Tonight" on the final day. Personally follow up with anyone who showed interest.
The Outcome
Maria now has a detailed, day-by-day plan. The big, scary "launch" has been broken down into a series of small, manageable tasks. She feels organized, prepared, and confident. Maria is following a clear, strategic plan to attract her ideal clients.
